CET GRANT

The claim form for the CET grant is now available on the link below.

The window for making claims runs from 14th July 2014 to 14th November 2014.

Completed forms need to be sent to the claims section LaSCA as before. LaSCA is now called NHS England-Primary Care Support Services (Preston Office) and the address is PCSS Preston Office, 3 Caxton Road, Fulwood, Preston PR2 9ZZ.
